Pick-up and drop-off
Please remain outside the arrival or departure hall if you are picking up or dropping off someone. Given present circumstances, we only want arriving and departing passengers inside the terminal.
Important to keep in mind
Find out your airline, flight number and arrival or departure time.
Keep updated about any delays or change in terminal by tracking your flight using Messenger. You do this by clicking on the Messenger icon under arrivals or departures.
Some roads around the airport are being rebuilt, and temporary routes have been created.
Pick-up and drop-off at Terminal 5
Follow the signs towards Terminal 5 and then choose parking Pick up & Drop off.
From parking Pick-up & Drop-off it is approximately 50-100 meters to Terminal 5.
It is also possible to park for short stays in the multi-storey car parks or at the outdoor parking closest to the terminal. Parking is charged per hour started.

Follow the signs to P Arrival / P Departure Terminal 2 and 3 and parking Pick up Drop off.
